The 2023 ABC Online Silent Auction benefiting Signal Centers can be accessed at Biddingowl.com. Bidding opens Monday, Sept. 18 at 9 AM and closes on Sunday, Sept. 24 at 7 PM. All proceeds will go toward the construction of a PAVILION to extend classroom learning outdoors for the children at Signal Centers, Chattanooga
